Loading ...Everybody who I know has same feeling about Oracle Metalink 3. It doesn’t even come close to earlier Siebel support web. It is difficult to navigate and too slow and goes down frequently but we have to work with it.
So, here is an article that can help with the most heavily use feature of support web i.e. “Searching”. This document tells you how you can target your searches for the right set of documents.

Thanks to Oracle for making our life pathetic by migrating to metalink. I have started searching in blogs rather in metalink,coz most of time either the information is deleted or no longer useful. Saluting Metalink.
