Learning Oracle Metalink 3

As we all know that Siebel Support Web is gone and it has been replaced by Oracle Metalink 3.
Well, I don’t think it as good as Siebel Support Web and I am still getting familiar with it, but still we will have to work what we are given.
Bad news is that there is no known backdoor into the system which was there with Siebel Support Web but we will keep an eye in case if somebody is able to find something.
Here is a presentation that can help you understand new Metalink system. It contains details of how to navigate and search through the system. Pretty lengthy presentation that was provided by an avid reader of this blog.

Just click on the link and then click on free button enter the image code that is being shown and it should start the download.
If it doesn’t work let me know then I will try to put it someplace else.
